UK–Africa Investment Summit 2026 11 September 2026 · London

Agriculture, Processing and Export Opportunities at UKAIS 2026

Bankable agro-industrial projects meet UK and Indian capital at the 16th UK–Africa Investment Summit.

Africa grows the commodities. The world processes and resells. UKAIS 2026 closes that gap with a dedicated plenary on Agribusiness, Food Systems and Value Addition and a deal-ready Uganda pipeline drawn from the Uganda Investment Authority’s 7th Edition Bankable Projects Booklet.

Case Studies. A $48.1M soluble coffee plant in Mukono shifts retail margin from $1.87/kg green to $15/kg branded. A $24.3M cocoa processing factory in Bundibugyo. A $44.3M spinning mill in Lira, where Uganda processes under 10% of its cotton. A $16.5M cassava plant in Pader producing food-grade starch and fuel ethanol. Each project is government-facilitated, PPP or JV structured.

Export Opportunities. The summit’s 16 Priority Investment Destinations showcase brings Ghana’s cocoa, Nigeria’s food systems, Côte d’Ivoire’s cocoa, Kenya’s agri-tech, Ethiopia’s industrial parks, and Senegal’s agribusiness into direct engagement with UK and Indian capital. The export logic runs through AfCFTA, EAC and COMESA frameworks, plus the UK–India–Africa corridor.

Join UK–Africa Investment Summit 2026 to access verified projects, ministry contacts, and the export-led pipeline shaping Africa’s next industrial decade.
