With a defined Action Matrix and follow-up framework in place, the focus now shifts from dialogue to disciplined execution — converting expressions of interest into bankable projects and sustained trade flows.
The partnership between SACCI and the UK–Africa Business Summit has therefore moved beyond engagement into the institutionalisation of a structured investment corridor linking South Asia, the United Kingdom and East Africa.
