Badru Ntege is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience driving digital transformation across Africa. He is the Founder and Director of several pioneering ventures, including NFT Consult Ltd, a leading business process outsourcing and HR solutions firm; MediCloudOne, a health-tech innovation company; Banco Micro Capital, focused on inclusive financial services; and Clic.World, a digital platform enabling financial inclusion.

With over two decades of leadership in ICT, outsourcing, and business management, Badru has been instrumental in positioning Africa as a competitive hub for technology-enabled services. His work links innovation with talent development, creating opportunities for youth employment and economic empowerment across the region.

He serves as a Board Member at the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), contributing to national economic development strategies, and as a Director at Weerinde Insurance, where he promotes access to inclusive and innovative insurance solutions. In addition, he chairs ICTsec, a platform dedicated to advancing cybersecurity awareness and infrastructure in East Africa.
