Bharat Mohanlal Bharania – Entrepreneur, Importer & Beverage Industry Leader

Bharat Bharania is a self-made British-Indian entrepreneur and founder of Inter-Trading Leicester Ltd, a national wholesale distributor of beers, wines, spirits, and beverages. Born in Uganda and arriving in the UK in 1972 with his family, Bharat built his business from humble beginnings—starting with under £400—to managing a multi-million-pound operation with a 28,000 sq. ft. warehouse and a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 beverage SKUs.

With early experience in food trading in Greece and a strong background in wholesale distribution, Bharat has become a respected figure in the UK beverage supply industry. He also oversees Volta Investments, a commercial farming venture in West Africa.

Fluent in Swahili, Gujarati, and Hindi, Bharat is a firm believer in organic growth, smart trading, and long-term commitment.
