Dr. Hillary Emma Musoke
Dr. Hillary Musoke Kisanja is a distinguished agricultural policy expert and Senior Presidential Advisor on Agribusiness & Value-Addition Development to the President of Uganda. With deep expertise in agribusiness development and export strategy, Dr. Kisanja plays a vital role in steering Uganda’s transition toward value-added agriculture and expanded international market access.
He has led high-level initiatives to enhance agri-processing capacity, drive innovation across the agricultural value chain, and promote sustainable economic growth through strategic trade partnerships. His work bridges public–private collaborations to boost Uganda’s competitiveness in regional and global agri-export markets.
Dr. Kisanja holds advanced degrees in agricultural science and development policy and has represented Uganda at leading international forums on food security, trade, and investment.
