Irene Karamagi serves as the In-Charge of Welfare Affairs at State House, Uganda, where she supports welfare coordination, institutional care and administrative functions within the Office of the President.

She is also a public speaker on management and leadership, with a focus on personal effectiveness, organisational discipline, team coordination and responsible leadership.

At the UK–Africa Investment Summit 2026, her participation supports Uganda’s official delegation engagement, protocol coordination and the smooth management of high-level meetings and delegate welfare.
