Juliana Kagwa is the Chief Executive Officer of the Uganda Tourism Board. Appointed in June 2025, she brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and corporate leadership across FMCG and agribusiness sectors.

She previously held senior roles at Uganda Breweries Limited, including Marketing and Innovations Director and Corporate Relations Director, and later served as Group Marketing and Sales Director at Seed Co International.

Juliana holds a BSc in Food Science and Technology from Makerere University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. At UTB, she is focused on repositioning Uganda’s tourism brand, strengthening partnerships, and attracting investment.
