Mr. Bogere Ibrahim Karim is the National Vice Chairperson of the Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agencies (UAERA), the umbrella body representing over 400 licensed labour recruitment firms across Uganda. He is also the Founding Partner and CEO of KHM International Consultants Ltd, a premier recruitment and labour migration consultancy registered in both Uganda and Kenya, with strategic operations extending to Dubai and beyond.

With over 15 years of leadership in labour migration management, Mr. Karim has built a reputation for operational excellence, ethical recruitment practices, and cross-border workforce solutions. His firm has played a significant role in shaping policy dialogue on labour export, diaspora engagement, and migrant worker protections in the East African region.

He brings extensive experience in public-private engagement, international labour standards compliance, and workforce mobility strategy—positioning him as a key voice in advancing dignified, development-driven migration.
