Lok Mishra Chief Executive Officer, UBA UK Lok Mishra is an accomplished international banking executive with extensive leadership experience across retail, corporate, transaction and investment banking in developed and emerging markets. He has held senior executive roles across the UK, Europe and India, including serving as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Bank UK. In that role, he strengthened the bank’s UK and European presence, advanced strategic growth, and reinforced governance, regulatory engagement and operational resilience. Earlier in his career with ICICI Bank Limited in India, Lok held senior leadership positions including Group Head of Wholesale Banking and Global Head of Transaction Banking. He played a central role in expanding the bank’s global wholesale banking franchise, strengthening risk management frameworks, and driving customer-focused transformation across corporate and institutional banking. Lok has also led major digital banking initiatives across trade finance, cash management and retail banking, supporting innovation in transaction banking and cross-border financial services. His board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Association of Foreign Banks UK and Union Bank of India UK, as well as Board Advisor to Revolut India on market entry strategy. In recognition of his contribution to financial services, Lok was conferred with the Freedom of the City of London. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a respected contributor to banking, regulation, financial markets and cross-border finance discussions.
