Serigne Mansour Gaye is an ESG consultant and trade-investment professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development. He designs and leads corporate growth and realignment initiatives across multiple sectors.

As Managing Director of Tonjil Group and Chairman and Founder of SenBritish Group, Mansour drives innovation and sustainable growth. He has significant experience in government relations and trade facilitation, with a strong understanding of North American, European, and Sub-Saharan African markets.

Mansour has held roles in corporate governance, investment strategy, business intelligence, market research, marketing and sales, business development, risk analysis, public investor relations, and ESG reporting.

He also serves as President of the UK Senegal Business Council/Senegal UK Chamber of Commerce, a bilateral trade organisation that advances trade and investment between Senegal and the United Kingdom.
