Steven Aine Kwesiga is a seasoned management executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), strategic management, operations, risk, and technology. He currently serves as General Manager at Exquisite Solution, a leading BPO firm in Uganda with annual revenues exceeding $12 million.

At Exquisite Solution, Steven leads a workforce of over 3,000 employees, delivering outsourced services to both domestic and international clients. The company operates high-capacity call centre infrastructure capable of supporting over 4,000 agents daily. Under his leadership, Exquisite Solution has engaged over 27,520 active job seekers, placed more than 11,350 candidates, and supported 95+ companies with scalable outsourcing solutions.

As a key advocate for the BPO sector in Uganda, Steven also serves as Chairman of the Business Process Outsourcing Association of Uganda (BPOAU). He has been instrumental in driving member growth, industry standards, and advocacy efforts. Previously, he served as General Secretary of the Association.

🏦 Prior Experience

Steven has held executive roles in the banking and financial services sector, including:

• Executive Director & Finance Director, Nile Bank

• Senior roles at Bank of Africa, Barclays Bank, and Deloitte
  He led critical initiatives in enterprise risk, financial management, business development, and audit.

Notably, Steven headed the risk workstream that conceptualized and implemented the Uganda Bankers Association’s Agent Banking Shared Platform—Africa’s first such platform. This innovation enhanced financial inclusion and reduced transaction costs across the sector.
