Suman Alla is the Founder and Group CEO of Saaroneer Holdings LLC-FZ, a Dubai-headquartered multi-sector investment holding group with its Africa base in Kigali, Rwanda. The group operates across East Africa, the Middle East and India.

Its flagship company, Bizoneer International LLC, delivers ICT and cybersecurity solutions to financial institutions, government agencies and enterprise clients. The group also has interests in real estate, pharmaceuticals and FMCG distribution.

With more than a decade of experience building and operating businesses across the India–Africa–Gulf corridor, Suman works at the intersection of digital infrastructure, regulatory compliance and cross-border capital. His focus is on how operational resilience supports investable financial systems in frontier markets.

He serves as Vice Chairman of the Indian Business Chamber in Rwanda for 2026–2027 and was Assistant District Governor of Rotary International District 9150 from 2023 to 2026.
