Previous Trade Mission to the UK

Our Objective Strengthening Uganda–UK Trade, Agribusiness and Investment Partnerships

Unlocking the Africa–UK Trade Corridor

To strengthen structured trade, agribusiness and investment partnerships between Uganda and the United Kingdom, with a focus on value addition, export expansion and bankable joint ventures.

This mission is born from the urgency to increase trade and investment flows between Uganda and the United Kingdom — vigorously exploiting the enormous bilateral potential that remains largely untapped, particularly in agribusiness, natural resources, and high-growth sectors.

Uganda’s rapidly expanding economy, youthful workforce, and agricultural abundance present compelling opportunities for UK investors and buyers. At the same time, Ugandan businesses gain direct access to one of the world’s most sophisticated and well-connected markets.

We believe this mission will promote specific opportunities across key sectors and provide a platform for participants to forge connections that lead to significant investment, trade agreements, and long-term growth for both nations.
