Uganda’s BPO Sector to Take Centre Stage at UK–Africa Summit 2025 in Partnership with UN–WTO Trade Agency

At the 15th UK–Africa Business, Trade & Investment Summit 2025, Uganda’s digital services and BPO ecosystem will be featured in a landmark session titled “Unlocking Uganda’s Outsourcing Advantage: Jobs, Innovation & Cross-Border Service Delivery”. Powered by a strategic collaboration with the International Trade Centre (ITC)—a joint agency of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization—this session highlights Uganda’s role as a rising digital hub in East Africa. It will explore how digital skills, ICT infrastructure, and tech talent are driving inclusive trade and investment.
